When will I get my backordered item?

Backordered items are products that are temporarily out of stock but expected to return soon. You can still order these items to reserve your place in line — and we’ll ship them to you as soon as they become available.

How backorders work

When an item is listed as Backordered or More Arriving Soon, it means new inventory is already on the way from the manufacturer or distribution center. You can purchase it now, and your order will be processed immediately once stock arrives.

  • Your payment is processed at the time of order to secure your item in the next available shipment.
  • As soon as the product is restocked, your order moves automatically into the shipping queue.
  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received — first in, first out.

Estimated availability dates

Many backordered items display an expected availability date on the product page. This date is an estimate only and may change based on manufacturer production, transit times, or supplier logistics.

We closely monitor all incoming shipments and will keep you updated if the availability date changes — whether it’s sooner or later than expected. Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order includes multiple items

If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, our team may ship available items first or hold the full order to ship together, depending on your selected delivery method and total order value. You’ll be notified by email if your shipment is split or delayed.

Note: Some backorders may no longer be eligible for cancellation once they have been allocated, confirmed, or shipped from a supplier. If your order is no longer eligible, our team will review all available options and communicate the next best steps.
