I want to return or exchange my order — what should I do?
We want you to love your gear — and we're here to help if something's not quite right. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they're in like-new condition, complete, and securely packaged.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your IDJNOW account and go to “My Orders.”
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Include any helpful notes and upload photos if needed to speed up the review process.
- Submit your request — our team will review and get back to you with the next steps.
Important: All returns must be authorized and include an RMA#. Items sent without authorization or returned outside our policy may be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Shipping and handling charges (including packaging materials) are non-refundable.
Protection plans, shipping insurance, and extended warranties are also non-refundable.
Return Guidelines
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item is in like-new condition.
- Includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Must be shipped in a protective outer box to prevent damage.
- Light use is okay, but items with noticeable wear, missing parts, or damage may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
