You can view your current and past orders anytime by logging into your IDJNOW Account. Once signed in, go to the My Orders section to see live updates, tracking information, and order history.
Understanding your order status
Each order in your account will display one of the following status labels. Here’s what each generally means:
- On Hold — Your order is temporarily paused for review. This can happen for verification, payment review, or order adjustments. Our team will contact you if additional information is needed.
- Pending — We’ve received your order, and it’s awaiting confirmation before entering processing. This usually means your payment and order details are being verified.
- Processing — Your order has been reviewed and approved. It’s now being prepared, packaged, or transmitted to one of our warehouses or shipping partners for fulfillment.
- Partial — Part of your order has been fulfilled or shipped, while other items are still being processed or prepared. Tracking details will appear as shipments are created.
- Complete — All order processing is finished. Your order has been fulfilled and released for shipping. Some tracking information may still be updating or writing back to your account as carriers report their scans.
- Canceled — Your order has been canceled. If payment was captured, any refunds or adjustments may still be pending final processing.
- Closed — The order has been fully canceled or returned, and all related processing, refunds, or adjustments have been completed.
When will tracking information appear?
Tracking information usually becomes available once your shipment has been created. In some cases, there may be a short delay between when an order moves to Complete status and when tracking numbers appear in your account.
