How do Affirm refunds work after an order is canceled or refunded?
If you paid with Affirm and your order is canceled, returned, or partially refunded, any approved refund is sent back through Affirm as the original payment provider.
IDJNOW does not refund Affirm orders directly to a credit card, debit card, bank account, PayPal account, or store credit unless a different refund method is specifically confirmed by IDJNOW.
If your order is fully refunded
If your order is fully refunded, IDJNOW will process the approved refund back through Affirm. Once Affirm receives and applies the refund, Affirm will update the loan according to Affirm’s terms and account status.
In many cases, a full refund may result in the Affirm loan being closed or reduced to a zero balance, but the final loan status and timing are handled by Affirm.
If your order is partially refunded
If your order is partially refunded, the approved refund amount is sent back through Affirm and may be applied toward your Affirm loan balance.
A partial refund may reduce the remaining balance on your Affirm loan, but it may not automatically change your monthly payment amount, due dates, or payment schedule. Affirm controls how the refund is applied to your loan.
Refund timing
After IDJNOW processes an approved refund, it may take additional time for Affirm to receive, review, and apply the refund to your account.
Please continue to monitor your Affirm account and payment schedule until Affirm confirms the refund has been applied. IDJNOW does not control Affirm’s loan updates, payment reminders, due dates, or refund posting timeline.
If you still see an Affirm payment due
If a payment is due while your refund is still being processed, please contact Affirm directly for guidance. Affirm can confirm your current loan status, payment obligations, and whether a pending refund has been applied.
