Can I request a change to my order after placing it?
If you need to request a change to an order after it has been placed, please submit a request as soon as possible so the details are documented. Order changes are not guaranteed and depend on order status, payment status, product availability, warehouse processing, manufacturer or supplier processing, shipment status, and other applicable factors.
Submit a request
Please submit a request through the Help Center and include:
- Your order number
- The email address used on the order
- The change you are requesting
- The product name or SKU, if the change involves a specific item
- A short explanation of the request
Order changes are not guaranteed
Orders may begin processing quickly after they are placed. Once an order is being processed, packed, shipped, or sent to a manufacturer or supplier, changes may not be available.
Submitting a request does not pause, hold, cancel, delay, or change an order unless IDJNOW confirms that action in writing.
What changes may be limited?
Depending on the order status, we may not be able to:
- Add or remove items
- Change item quantities
- Swap items for different products
- Change the shipping method
- Change the shipping address
- Hold or delay shipment
Payment, inventory, and processing review
Some order change requests may require payment review, inventory confirmation, order cancellation and reordering, or additional verification. In some cases, the requested change may not be available even if the order has not yet shipped.
Manufacturer, supplier, and freight orders
Some orders ship directly from a manufacturer, supplier, freight warehouse, or alternate location. Changes to these orders may be more limited once processing has started.
Large or oversized orders that ship by freight may also have different processing timelines, carrier rules, and shipment limitations.
