Do you offer in-store pickup?
IDJNOW does not currently offer Buy Online, Pick Up In Store at the Babylon showroom as a standard checkout option on IDJNOW.com. Online orders are normally processed for shipment to the address provided during checkout.
Can I place an online order and pick it up at the Babylon showroom?
No. Orders placed on IDJNOW.com are not automatically available for pickup at the Babylon showroom. Please do not place an online order expecting showroom pickup.
If you would like to shop in person, you are welcome to visit the Babylon showroom and work directly with the store team to purchase available showroom items.
Can I shop in person at the showroom?
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit the IDJNOW Babylon, NY showroom to shop in person, ask product questions, compare gear, and purchase available showroom items through the store team.
Showroom inventory may differ from online inventory. Not every product listed on IDJNOW.com is available to view, demo, or purchase in the showroom.
