Every product page on IDJNOW.com displays a live stock status to help you understand availability and estimated handling time before shipment. These messages indicate whether the item is in stock, requires short preparation time, or is temporarily backordered but available for order.
In stock items
Most products listed as “In Stock” are available in our warehouse or at one of our partner distribution centers. Some items require a short handling period before shipment. Here’s what each in stock message means:
- In Stock & Ready to Ship – The item is available and typically ships the same business day.
- In Stock – Only (Quantity) Left! – Displays the exact remaining quantity available for immediate shipment.
- In Stock – Ships in 1 to 2 Days – The item is in stock but requires 1 to 2 business days of handling or preparation before shipment.
- In Stock – Ships in 2 to 3 Days – Ships after a short handling period, often from a secondary warehouse location.
- In Stock – Ships in 3 to 5 Days – Extended handling time before shipment, commonly due to supplier coordination or packaging needs.
Important: The “Ships in” timeframe represents handling time before shipment. It should be added to your chosen delivery method’s transit time to estimate arrival. For example, if an item ships in 2 to 3 days and you select Express (2 to 3 Business Days), your total delivery estimate is approximately 4 to 6 business days.
Items temporarily unavailable (but still orderable)
Some items are temporarily out of stock but available to order. We gladly accept orders for these products, and they will ship as soon as new inventory arrives. You’ll see one of the following messages:
- More Arriving Soon! – The item is currently out of stock, but new inventory is expected shortly.
- Item Backordered – The item is temporarily unavailable and will ship as soon as stock is replenished.
- Reserve Yours Now – This is a pre-order item. You can reserve it today and we’ll ship it once it becomes available.
Availability dates shown on these items are estimated and may change based on manufacturer or shipping delays. Orders for backordered or pre-order items are billed immediately at checkout to reserve your place in line and ensure the fastest fulfillment once stock arrives.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, including notifications of any changes such as earlier availability or unexpected delays. Tracking information will be sent automatically as soon as your item ships.

- Limited Supply – Contact Us – Stock is extremely limited and may sell out quickly. To confirm real time availability, we recommend contacting a sales representative before placing your order.
