What do the stock status messages mean?
Product pages on IDJNOW.com display stock status messages to help you understand product availability and estimated handling time before shipment. Detailed stock status information may also be shown at checkout before you submit your order.
Stock status messages are based on available inventory, warehouse information, supplier information, manufacturer updates, and other fulfillment factors. Availability can change quickly and is not guaranteed until your order is placed, reviewed, and confirmed by IDJNOW.
In stock items
Most products listed as In Stock are available in an IDJNOW warehouse, alternate warehouse, partner distribution center, manufacturer location, or supplier location. Some in-stock items can ship quickly, while others require a short handling period before shipment.
- In Stock & Ready to Ship means the item is available and typically ships the same business day whenever possible.
- In Stock - Only (Quantity) Left! means a limited quantity is currently available for order. Inventory can change quickly.
- In Stock - Ships in 1 to 2 Days means the item is in stock but may require 1 to 2 business days of handling or preparation before shipment.
- In Stock - Ships in 2 to 3 Days means the item is in stock but may require a short handling period before shipment, often due to warehouse location, supplier processing, or fulfillment timing.
- In Stock - Ships in 3 to 5 Days means the item is in stock but requires extended handling before shipment, commonly due to supplier coordination, warehouse transfer, packaging, or special handling needs.
Important: “Ships in” is handling time
The Ships in timeframe is the estimated handling time before the item leaves the warehouse. It should be added to your selected delivery method’s transit estimate.
For example, if an item shows Ships in 2 to 3 Days and you select a shipping method estimated at 2 to 3 business days, the total estimated delivery time may be approximately 4 to 6 business days.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by IDJNOW.
Items temporarily unavailable but still orderable
Some items are temporarily out of stock but may still be available to order. These products are expected to become available again, but timing can change based on manufacturer production, supplier availability, inbound freight, allocation, and other supply chain factors.
- More on the Way means the item is currently out of stock, but additional inventory is expected.
- Backordered means the item is temporarily unavailable and is expected to ship once inventory is replenished and the order is ready to process.
- Reserve Yours Now generally means the item is available to order before it becomes available to ship, such as a preorder or incoming inventory item.
Estimated availability dates are estimates only and may change. Orders for backordered, preorder, or incoming inventory items may be billed at checkout, but billing does not guarantee a specific arrival or shipping date.
Ordering an incoming, preorder, or backordered item may help reserve inventory from a future shipment, subject to availability, allocation, order timing, payment review, and fulfillment requirements.
Special availability messages
- Selling Fast means available inventory may be limited or demand is high. Availability can change quickly.
- Contact Us for Pricing means current pricing may need to be confirmed by our team. Some manufacturers restrict public pricing, or the item may require a quote or package review.
Stock status at checkout
Before submitting your order, please review the stock status, estimated handling time, selected shipping method, and checkout details carefully. Some items may show additional availability or handling information before the order is placed.
Any availability, restock, arrival, or shipping estimate is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by IDJNOW. Dates may change due to manufacturer delays, supplier updates, freight delays, allocation changes, inventory discrepancies, or other factors outside of IDJNOW’s control.
