Why isn’t my coupon or promotion code working?

Coupon and promotion codes at IDJNOW can offer special savings on qualifying purchases. If your code is not applying, or you are unsure what is included, please review the guidelines below before placing your order.

How to apply a coupon or promotion code

Promotion codes must be entered during checkout before submitting payment.

  1. Add your items to the shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your billing and shipping details.
  3. On the final checkout screen, locate the field labeled Promo Code.
  4. Enter your code exactly as written and click Apply.
  5. If your order qualifies, the discount will appear in your order summary before the order is placed.

Please review your order total before submitting your order to confirm whether the discount was applied.

Common reasons a coupon may not apply

A coupon or promotion code may not apply if:

  • The offer has expired or reached its end date.
  • The code was entered incorrectly.
  • The code has already been used.
  • The order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement.
  • The code is limited to specific customers, email addresses, or campaigns.
  • One or more items in the order are excluded from the promotion.
  • The coupon is not valid for the brand or product category in your order.
  • The item is already discounted, on sale, part of a package deal, part of a bundle, open-box, clearance, or otherwise excluded.
  • The offer applies only to in-stock items. Preorders, backorders, or incoming inventory items may not be eligible.
  • The code cannot be combined with another coupon, discount, promotion, quote, special offer, or price match.
  • The purchase is being made through a third-party marketplace such as eBay, Reverb, Amazon, or another external platform where separate promotions may apply.

What coupons usually exclude

Most coupons exclude items already showing a special price, package deals, prior purchases, backorders, preorders, blowouts, new arrivals, gift cards, rentals, services, shipping, tax, shipping protection, warranties, and other non-product charges.

Certain brands, manufacturers, product categories, or promotional events may have additional restrictions.

Can I use more than one code?

Only one coupon, discount, promotion, quote, or special offer may be allowed per order unless IDJNOW specifically states otherwise. Some offers cannot be combined.

I never received my promotion code

If you signed up for a promotion and did not receive your code, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered email folders. Promotion emails may come from hello@idjnow.com.

Please also confirm that the email address was entered correctly. A typo during sign-up can prevent the message from being delivered.

Some promotion codes may take a few minutes to arrive. During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Why was my promotion code not sent again?

Some promotions, including first-time buyer or sign-up incentives, may be limited to one use per customer or email address. If you previously signed up using the same email address, you may not receive the code again.

Using a private or incognito browser window may allow a sign-up form to appear again, but it does not guarantee that a new code will be issued if the email address has already received or used that promotion.

What if I unsubscribed from emails?

If you previously unsubscribed from IDJNOW marketing emails, promotional messages may not be delivered until you resubscribe.

Can a code be applied after I place my order?

Please enter and confirm any coupon or promotion code before submitting your order. Discounts are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.

If you believe there was an issue with a valid promotion code, submit a request and include your order number, the code you attempted to use, the email address used for the promotion, and a short description of the issue. IDJNOW will review the details and let you know what options, if any, are available.
