What is Route Shipping Protection?

What is Route Shipping Protection?

Route Shipping Protection is an optional service available at checkout that may provide protection for eligible orders if a package is lost, stolen after delivery, or damaged during shipment.

If Route Shipping Protection is selected for your order, Route manages Route claims directly.

How Route works

  • Route Shipping Protection is optional and can be selected during checkout.
  • If selected, Route may provide protection for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
  • Route claims are filed directly with Route through Route’s claim portal.
  • Route reviews and resolves Route claims according to Route’s terms, coverage, and eligibility requirements.

Filing a Route claim

If Route Shipping Protection was selected for your order and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, filing a claim directly with Route is usually the fastest and primary next step.

Route manages Route claims directly. IDJNOW does not approve, deny, or administer Route claims.

Do I have to use Route?

No. Route Shipping Protection is optional. During checkout, you may have the option to add or remove Route coverage before placing your order.

If Route is selected, shipping protection claims for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments should be filed directly with Route.

If you did not select Route or are not sure

If Route Shipping Protection was not selected, or you are not sure whether Route was included on your order, please submit a request to IDJNOW. Our team will review your order, tracking, shipment details, and available next steps.

Please include your order number, tracking number, and a short description of the shipping issue.
