Why can't I apply my promotion code?

If you are trying to apply a promotion code at checkout and it is not being accepted, there are several common reasons this can occur. Most issues can be resolved by reviewing the points below.

1. The code may be expired

Most promotion codes are available for a limited time. If the offer has ended or the expiration date has passed, it will no longer apply at checkout.

2. The items in your cart may not be eligible

Some promotions exclude certain items such as new arrivals, package deals, special pricing, gift cards, or items already marked down. If any item in your cart is excluded, the code may not apply.

3. Your order may not meet the minimum requirement

Some offers require a minimum purchase amount. Taxes and shipping do not count toward minimum eligibility.

4. One-time use promotions may have already been redeemed

First-time buyer or sign-up incentives are typically limited to one use per customer. If you signed up previously using the same email address, the code may not be available again.

5. Entering the code incorrectly

Check for extra spaces, missing characters, or formatting differences. Codes must be entered exactly as shown.

6. The code must be entered before payment

Promotion codes must be applied on the final page of checkout, before submitting payment. If the order is placed without entering the code, it cannot be applied retroactively.
