How to apply a coupon code
Enter your coupon or promotional code in the Promo Code field during checkout on the final review page before payment. If your order qualifies, the discount will be applied automatically and visible in your cart summary.
Common reasons a coupon may not apply
- The offer has expired or reached its end date.
- Your order doesn’t meet the minimum purchase requirement.
- One or more items in your cart are excluded (e.g., already on sale, package deals, or special bundles).
- The coupon is not valid for the brand or category of products in your cart.
- The code has already been used, or the limit of one coupon per order has been reached.
- The offer applies only to in-stock items. Preorders and backorders are not eligible.
- The purchase is being made on a third-party marketplace (eBay, Reverb, Amazon, etc.), where separate promotions apply.
What coupons usually exclude
Most coupons exclude items already showing a “Special Price,” package deals, prior purchases, backorders, preorders, blowouts, new arrivals, and gift cards. Certain manufacturers may also opt out of specific promotions at their discretion.
