Can my order ship in multiple packages?
Yes. Some IDJNOW orders may ship in multiple packages, from multiple warehouses, or directly from a manufacturer or supplier.
Why would my order ship separately?
Your order may ship in separate packages if:
- The items are located in different warehouses
- One or more items ships directly from a manufacturer or supplier
- The order includes large, heavy, oversized, or freight items
- Items require different packaging or handling methods
- Some items are ready to ship before others
Will I receive more than one tracking number?
In many cases, yes. If your order ships in multiple packages, each shipment may have its own tracking number. Tracking information may also update at different times depending on the carrier and shipping location.
What if only part of my order arrived?
If only part of your order arrived, please check your order status and tracking information first. Another package may still be in transit or may not have updated yet.
If you believe an item is missing from the shipment, please submit a request and include your order number, tracking number, photos of the package received, and a description of what appears to be missing.
What if my order shipped by freight?
Large or oversized items may ship by freight carrier instead of standard parcel carrier. Freight shipments may have different tracking details, appointment requirements, delivery windows, and handling steps.
If your order is shipping by freight and you need help understanding the delivery status, please submit a request with your order number and any tracking or PRO number you received.
