How do IDJNOW gift cards work?
IDJNOW gift cards are electronic codes that can be used toward eligible purchases on IDJNOW.com.
If you receive an IDJNOW e-Gift Card, the gift card code will usually be sent by email. Keep the email and code in a safe place, as the code is needed to redeem the gift card during checkout.
How to redeem a gift card
- Add the item or items you want to purchase to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout on IDJNOW.com.
- Look for the gift card, store credit, or discount code entry field during checkout.
- Enter your gift card code exactly as provided.
- Click apply and confirm the gift card amount is reflected before submitting your order.
Please review your order total carefully before placing your order to confirm the gift card was applied correctly.
If your gift card does not cover the full order total
If your gift card balance does not cover the full order total, you may need to use another available payment method for the remaining balance.
If your gift card code is not working
If your gift card code is not working, please check the following:
- The code was entered exactly as shown, including any letters, numbers, or special characters.
- The gift card has not already been fully redeemed.
- The gift card is being used on an eligible purchase.
- The gift card has not expired, if an expiration date applies.
If the code still does not work, please submit a request and include the gift card code, the email address where it was received, and a short description of the issue.
