Does store credit affect my Affirm loan?
No. Store credit issued by IDJNOW does not automatically cancel, reduce, pause, or change an Affirm loan.
If you paid with Affirm and receive IDJNOW store credit instead of a refund back through Affirm, you are still responsible for your Affirm loan according to the terms agreed to with Affirm.
How store credit works with Affirm orders
IDJNOW store credit is applied to your IDJNOW customer account and can be used toward a future eligible purchase on IDJNOW.com.
Store credit is separate from your Affirm loan. It does not get sent to Affirm, and it does not automatically reduce your Affirm balance, monthly payment amount, due dates, or payment schedule.
If you want your Affirm loan adjusted
An Affirm loan may only be adjusted if an approved refund is processed back through Affirm and then applied by Affirm to your loan.
If your order is canceled, returned, or partially refunded and IDJNOW processes an approved refund back through Affirm, Affirm will determine how that refund is applied to your loan balance, payment schedule, and account status.
If you use store credit on a new order
You can use available IDJNOW store credit toward a future eligible purchase. If the new order has a remaining balance after store credit is applied, you may be able to pay the difference with another available payment method.
If you choose to use Affirm again on a new order, the new Affirm loan, approval decision, terms, and payment schedule are handled separately by Affirm.

Please continue to monitor your Affirm account and make any required payments until Affirm confirms that your loan has been updated, paid off, or closed.
IDJNOW does not control Affirm payment reminders, due dates, loan status, refund posting timelines, or account decisions.
