Resetting or Accessing Your IDJNOW Account
If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t access your account, use one of the options below to get back in quickly and securely.
Option 1: Reset Your Password
- Click the ACCOUNT button in the top-right corner of the IDJNOW website.
- Select Log In.
- In the pop-up, click Forgot Your Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your IDJNOW account.
- Click Reset My Password.
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to set a new password. Follow the link to complete your reset.
Option 2: Passwordless Login (Instant Access)
Prefer not to reset your password? You can request a one-time, secure link to log in immediately.
- Click ACCOUNT → Log In.
- Select Request Passwordless Login (or Passwordless Login).
- Enter your account email. We’ll send a one-time access link to your inbox.
Click the link to log in instantly — no password required.
Troubleshooting & Tips
- No email received? Check your Spam/Junk folder and search for messages from @idjnow.com.
- Link expired? For security, reset and passwordless links expire after a short time. Simply request a new one.
- Wrong email? Make sure you’re entering the same email used on your IDJNOW account.
- Still stuck? You can always create a new account or contact us and we’ll help locate your existing profile.
