I forgot my password; how can I reset it or log in to my IDJNOW account?

Resetting or Accessing Your IDJNOW Account

If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t access your account, use one of the options below to get back in quickly and securely.

Option 1: Reset Your Password

  1. Click the ACCOUNT button in the top-right corner of the IDJNOW website.
  2. Select Log In.
  3. In the pop-up, click Forgot Your Password?
  4. Enter the email address associated with your IDJNOW account.
  5. Click Reset My Password.

You’ll receive an email with a secure link to set a new password. Follow the link to complete your reset.

Option 2: Passwordless Login (Instant Access)

Prefer not to reset your password? You can request a one-time, secure link to log in immediately.

  1. Click ACCOUNTLog In.
  2. Select Request Passwordless Login (or Passwordless Login).
  3. Enter your account email. We’ll send a one-time access link to your inbox.

Click the link to log in instantly — no password required.

Troubleshooting & Tips

  • No email received? Check your Spam/Junk folder and search for messages from @idjnow.com.
  • Link expired? For security, reset and passwordless links expire after a short time. Simply request a new one.
  • Wrong email? Make sure you’re entering the same email used on your IDJNOW account.
  • Still stuck? You can always create a new account or contact us and we’ll help locate your existing profile.
