What should I do if I received the wrong item or something is missing?

If your order arrived with the wrong item, a missing item, or missing parts/accessories, please submit a request so our team can review the shipment details.

Step 1: Check the full shipment

Some orders may ship in more than one package, from more than one warehouse, or directly from a manufacturer or supplier. Before submitting a request, please check your tracking details, packing slip, and any additional packages that may still be in transit.

Step 2: Keep all packaging

Please keep the product, retail box, shipping box, packing materials, and packing slip until our team has reviewed your request. Please do not discard packaging or ship anything back unless IDJNOW provides instructions.

Step 3: Take clear photos

Please take photos of:

  • The item or items you received
  • The product box or retail packaging
  • The outer shipping box
  • The shipping label, if available
  • The packing slip or invoice included in the shipment
  • Any visible item labels, model numbers, serial numbers, or SKU labels

Step 4: Submit a request

Submit a request through the Help Center and include your order number, a description of what appears to be wrong or missing, and the photos listed above.

Our team will review your order, shipment details, packing information, and photos, then let you know what options, if any, are available.

Depending on the situation, we may ask for additional details before the review can be completed. Submitting a request does not guarantee that an item can be replaced, reshipped, refunded, or otherwise resolved until IDJNOW completes its review and confirms the next step.
